Energise Recruitment Solutions is a specialised labour and recruitment company focusing on the energy industry, specifically Substations, Battery Storage, Wind and Solar.
We have extensive experience working with tier 1 and smaller sub contractors assisting them with either a full team of up to 40 Site based trades (Electricians, Fitters, Ground workers) and Site Management or smaller project that have just required a Standby Operative for a couple of weeks on a temporary (labour only) basis or we can work with you to build out your permanent (Staff) teams.
As a company we have supported across some of the UKs largest projects such as new Interconnectors, Battery Storage, Data Centres and Substations from live LV work through to 400kV across multiple DNOs, Grid sites or Greenfield projects.
For us transparency is key, this may be a cliché but its all about relationships for us, be that with our clients or with our candidates. We are big believers in working with our clients to understand what their needs are and to work together to develop a genuine and completely transparent relationship.
We do not work with every company within the industry and that is exactly the way we like it. Our goal is to deliver the best quality candidates available and there would be no way we could keep that promise if we worked with every company without causing conflicts
Its not only about recruitment, we are also here for advice and consultation as industry experts, we often support with market mapping, salary benchmarking, rate comparison, skill set availability in geographic locations, competition assessment, tender support and payrolling.
This is not an exhausted list of what we can support, it is only to serve as an example. we have the ability to support on project that require DNO/National Grid Authorisation as well as greenfield sites.
Energise work with some of the UKs leading contractors and sub contractors supporting across DNO networks such as SPEN, UKPN, SSE, NPG, WPD and ENW along with National grid.
